About the role
As a Specialist, Delivery Assurance, you will monitor supplier delivery performance to ensure continuity of material supply and support production requirements. You'll be a critical safeguard against supply disruptions — identifying risks early, driving recovery plans, and keeping shipments on track so our customers receive what they need, when they need it.
Key Responsibilities
As a Specialist, Delivery Assurance, you'll be responsible for:
Monitoring supplier delivery performance to ensure continuity of material supply and support production requirements
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks that could impact customer deliveries or manufacturing operations
Driving supplier recovery plans for critical shortages, capacity constraints, quality issues, and logistics disruptions
Managing delivery assurance processes and working to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectives
Implementing solutions for shipment coordination, sub-process suppliers, and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and identifying root causes impacting delivery performance
Implementing process improvements and deploying delivery assurance systems for early identification of shortages
Collaborating with other departments to meet customer requirements and minimize negative business impacts in the case of shortages
Ensuring timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex components
Requirements
We are looking for people who are proactive, analytical, and strong problem-solvers, with a sense of urgency and a collaborative mindset. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
Advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with experience
Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier's organization, programs, or systems, with the ability to make enhancements and leverage this in daily work
A university degree or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience — OR an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments
Advanced English proficiency
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
