to identify improvement opportunities and propose concrete action
plans. Plan and provide support for campaigns, promotions, new




product launches, and inter-store transfers. Translate data
insights into commercial strategies that maximize sales and
profitability. Train and coach brand teams so they get the most out
of the platform and retail best practices. Design and present
reports with strategic recommendations for management and
commercial teams. Work in synergy with other consultants and
internal areas to ensure clients achieve visible, fast results.
