deep expertise in TeamViewer’s IT and DEX portfolio Deliver
tailored demos, workshops, and webinars aligned to customer needs
Communicate technical and business value to both technical and
non-technical audiences Lead discovery to understand customer
challenges and objectives Design and present customized solutions




leveraging TeamViewer capabilities Develop proposals, SOWs, and
technical documentation Lead POV/POC and pilot engagements,
providing hands-on guidance Analyze results and deliver actionable
recommendations Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle,
including RFx responses Collaborate cross-functionally with
Product, Engineering, and Customer Success Stay current on industry
trends and contribute feedback to product innovation Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
equivalent experience 3+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions
engineering, or enterprise IT consulting Strong understanding of
enterprise IT environments (endpoint management, remote
connectivity, DEX) Experience with SaaS tools (RMM, ITSM, Asset
Management, Observability) Hands-on experience with APIs,
scripting, cloud, virtualization, and security Proven ability to
engage C-level stakeholders and translate t
