About This Role: We are hiring a Senior Accountant / Controller to take full ownership of the companys accounting operations and bring structure, accuracy, and accountability to financial reporting. You will lead monthly closes, maintain clean reconciliations, manage payables and receivables,



and ensure reliable financial visibility for leadership. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and who is willing to directly engage vendors and customers to resolve payment matters. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the full monthly close process with accuracy and timeliness Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal financial controls Oversee and maintain NetSuite data integrity and system accuracy Monitor cash flow and provide clear financial reporting to leadership Coordinate payroll, tax filings, and audit suppo
