Responsibilities
Build AI security features into Delinea's access proxy for inspecting and controlling agent and user traffic.
Create enforcement controls around Model Context Protocol and agent-to-agent communication.
Connect the access proxy to the Delinea Platform and validate the experience with customers.
Move capabilities into the Delinea Platform while maintaining customer continuity.
Enforce just-in-time access and policy decisions in the request path using identity and authorization components.
Partner with product and platform proxy and access-engine teams.
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience building production backend or networking systems.
Hands-on experience with proxies, gateways, API gateways, or comparable request-path traffic inspection and control systems.
Strong skills in a modern backend language such as Go, C#, Java, or Rust.




Experience evolving products across releases and moving capabilities between systems without disrupting customers.
Ability to solve complex problems independently and make sound design trade-offs.
Preferred experience with privileged access management, zero trust network access, SSH, RDP, database proxying, AI agents, Model Context Protocol, LLM traffic, security, or identity.
