Accounting Controlling Advanced Specialist.
In this role you will be responsible for partnering with Controlling and cross-functional business teams to deliver accurate financial insights, lead budgeting and forecasting activities, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic decision-making through timely, reliable, and actionable financial information.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve
:
Ensure financial governance and compliance with corporate policies by reviewing and approving purchase requisitions, monitoring financial controls, and supporting SOX, internal, and external audit requirements.
Manage fixed assets and CAPEX accounting activities, including asset capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, physical inventories, and accurate financial record maintenance in JD Edwards (JDE).
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes by consolidating projections, analyzing business assumptions, and monitoring financial performance against targets.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly P&L; results, sales, costs, expenses, headcount, quality metrics, and key business indicators, providing actionable insights to management.
Partner with operations and functional leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities, improve business performance, support monthly financial close and OneStream reporting, and ensure the integrity of financial commitments and balance sheet accounts.
If you have/are:
Bachelor's
degree
in
Accounting
or
Finance
required;
Master's
degree
or
MBA
preferred
.
5-10
years
of
experience
in Accounting, Finance, FP&A;, or Controlling roles, preferably within the
manufacturing
or
automotive
industry
.
Strong expertise in
Financial
Planning
&
Analysis
(FP&A;)
, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and business performance management.
Advanced knowledge of
SOX
compliance,
internal
controls,
financial
governance,
and
Financial
Reporting
Standards
(NIF)
to ensure regulatory compliance and financial integrity.
Proficiency in
financial
systems
and
ERP
platforms
, including
OneStream,
BlackLine,
Essbase,
and
JD
Edwards
(JDE)
, with the ability to analyze financial data, generate actionable insights, and effectively communicate results to management.
