FunctionsGive support and assistance to the Depot Pharmacist and Auxiliary Pharmacist in some Depot operating tasks. Perform on CTM-Star Operative System the processes related to the reception, shipment and return of Investigational drugs, Diagnostic kits, Devices, Clinical Samples, Clinical Material Supplies, CRF´s, etc. Be in charge of coordinating shipments between Logistics areas and the ClinicalTrials Supply Chain Services Division (if applicable). Follow properly the Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) related to reception, storage and shipment of materials in the ClinicalTrials Supply Chain Service Division.
RelationshipsReports To: Depot Pharmacists. Auxiliary Pharmacists. Senior Pharmacist Operating Assistant.



Works Closely with: Facility Logistics Manager. Logistic Operators. External relationship: WC Operations Area. …. Clinical Trials Supply Chain Service Division.
Responsibilities
- Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which contains specific instructions to take the steps concerned with reception, storage and shipment of materials.
- The Pharmacist Operating Assistant must have the training and capability required to control materials characteristics (described in their labels): ID number, expiration date, patient’s kit, and temperature and storage conditions as well as any additional information that could be useful.
- Perform the Inbound, Outbound or Return processes on CTM-Star Operative System.
- Have deep knowledge and carry out relabeling, stock, balance and relocations processes developed at the Depot.
- Be in close contact with WC Operations on the shipment
