The adecuado candidate will excel in managing projects in an Agile environment, capturing and refining use case requirements, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle. 5+ years of experience in iterative solution development in roles such as Program Lead, Solution Architect, Product Owner, Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment. 5+ years of hands-on experience leading Agile teams. Demonstrated experience and understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to communicate their business applications. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage Requirement Gathering and Analysis:



Collaborate with clients and AI solution architects to capture and refine AI use case requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with AI solution architects to design the technical solution, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and is feasible to implement. Agile Facilitation: Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality control processes to ensure the delivered solution meets acceptance criteria. Feedback Facilitation: Lead user feedback sessions for each use case iteration to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Engagement Management: Support engagement leaders and project managers in managing project schedules, identifying and managing issues and risks, allocating resources effectively, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
