Work ModelThis is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
Responsibilities
- Daily collaboration with internal/external parties to monitor and facilitate compliance on imported/exported product.
- Work with shippers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure all information and/or documentation is compliant and received timely for import and export declarations and processes.
- Request, review and approve USMCA certificate Analyze and control Annex 24 Support with VAT and IEPS Certification controls.
- Analyzes, audits and evaluates internal and external business partners including operations, procedures, and documentations to verify and ensure global trade compliance.
- Support Compliance Manager related reports, new project, provide information to suppliers, brokers.
- Point of contact with broker and suppliers related Virtual Operations In charge of performance.
- Special operations such as: Virtual Pedimentos, change of regimen, regularization pedimentos.




- Validate complete 100% the Physical and Digital File by month of all import and export operation.
- Validate 100% Payment of suppliers on time.
