This role is responsible for conducting tests of Chamberlain products that consist of mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, firmware and software features for product development. This includes product functionality testing, environmental testing, sound and vibration testing, software feature debugging, EMC, ESD, EFT, power surge, radio frequency, and radiated emission to Chamberlain, IEC, FCC and UL regulatory requirements. The tech must also have the ability to read and interpret product test procedures, build PC boards and use electromechanical fixtures along with documenting, analyzing and summarizing results to such requirements.
