Role Description

Key Responsibilities -

Creates motion graphics/animations by integrating client logos, photography and video; builds storyboards and style frames for sales pitches; renders final files to output specs.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Designing visual elements for digital and print media such as logos, websites, and advertisements
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements and preferences
- Developing and presenting design concepts and ideas
- Implementing designs using various software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Conducting design reviews and providing feedback for improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity design principles.
- Familiarity with web design and layout best practices.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
- Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Qualifications

Key Requirements -

4-5 yrs motion design experience; demo reel required; Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop; working knowledge of Illustrator/InDesign; familiarity with AI generative video/image tools a plus.
