Role Description

Key Responsibilities -

Creates custom digital signage content (ads, promotions, menu boards, directories) by integrating client logos, images and copy; converts client flyers/ads into signage-ready content; supports mock-ups for sales presentations

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Designing visual elements for digital and print media such as logos, websites, and advertisements
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements and preferences
- Developing and presenting design concepts and ideas
- Implementing designs using various software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Conducting design reviews and providing feedback for improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity design principles.
- Familiarity with web design and layout best practices.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring the successful completion of tasks, and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity, taking responsibility of the whole team.

Qualifications

Key Requirements -

3-5 yrs graphic design/production art experience; portfolio required; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency; familiar with HD screen resolutions and pixel aspect ratios; general HTML5/CSS3 awareness a plus
