En TE Connectivity nos encontramos identificando y desarrollando una red de talento para futuras oportunidades laborales dentro de nuestra organización. La posición para la cual está aplicando forma parte de un proceso estratégico de identificación y mapeo de profesionales con experiencia y competencias alineadas a las necesidades futuras del negocio.

La persona responsable como Analista de Nómina brinda soporte operativo a la función de Nómina de TE Connectivity, atendiendo a múltiples Unidades de Negocio en México. El puesto requiere un alto nivel de atención al detalle, orientación al servicio al cliente y la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico y de alto volumen.

Responsabilidades Generales:

-Brindar soporte al proceso de nómina de punta a punta para los grupos de empleados asignados en diferentes unidades de negocio.

-Validar y capturar información en el sistema de nómina (preferentemente TRESS).

-Revisar y conciliar movimientos de personal: altas, bajas, ausencias, cambios salariales y ajustes de prestaciones.

-Asegurar el procesamiento oportuno y riguroso de los ciclos de nómina, en cumplimiento con las políticas internas y la legislación laboral y fiscal mexicana.

-Proporcionar atención y soporte oportuno a clientes internos (Recursos Humanos, empleados y líderes) sobre consultas relacionadas con nómina.

-Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes de nómina, métricas y documentación requerida para auditorías.

-Mantener registros de nómina de los empleados de manera precisa y confidencial.

-Colaborar con las áreas de Recursos Humanos, Finanzas y otros equipos multifuncionales según sea necesario.Contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua dentro de los procesos de nómina.





Requerimientos del Puesto

Licenciatura en Economía, Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

Conocimiento de la legislación mexicana de nómina, seguridad social, impuestos y prestaciones.

Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en esquemas remotos o híbridos.

Dominio de Excel y alta orientación a la precisión de datos.

Excelentes habilidades de organización, seguimiento y administración del tiempo.

Enfoque al servicio al cliente y capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos de ritmo acelerado.

Requerimientos deseables:

-Experiencia en el uso del sistema de nómina TRESS.

-Experiencia brindando soporte a procesos de nómina en empresas grandes y de alto volumen de empleados.

-Nivel intermedio de inglés (o interés en desarrollarlo) para futuras oportunidades de crecimiento.

-Familiaridad con alguna de las siguientes herramientas o sistemas:

- Sistemas HRIS o ERP (SAP HR, Workday, Oracle, entre otros).
- Herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI, Excel avanzado, macros, etc.).

-Atención al detalle y enfoque analítico para identificar errores o inconsistencias.

-Capacidad para colaborar con equipos multifuncionales y adaptarse a prioridades cambiantes.
