Senior Workday Integration DeveloperContractor · ONLY MEXICO CITY · Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support integrations between Workday and internal and external systems. This is a hands-on role responsible for the full integration lifecycle — from requirements and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.You will work closely with HR, IT, QA, functional teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the Workday ecosystem remains stable, secure, and scalable.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, identity/security, and other enterprise systems.Translate business and functional requirements into technical integration designs, data mappings, and XSLT transformation logic.Configure secure file transfers, integration scheduling, and credential/connection management.Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot failures, and lead root-cause analysis and remediation, including high-priority incidents.Support integration security through Integration System Users (ISUs), security groups, and relevant domain and business process policies.Partner with QA and functional teams on unit, regression, and end-to-end integration testing.Support deployments, change management, release documentation, rollback plans, and knowledge transfer.Recommend improvements to existing integrations to increase reliability, performance,
