We're looking for an Investigations Manager to reinforce our first line of defence (1LoD) FinCrime framework in Mexico and focus on complex investigations (AML, sanctions, and organised fraud). You'll act as the core investigative expert,



bringing your senior expertise to secure our operations and conduct deep-dive analyses.ResponsibilitiesLeading end-to-end proactive and reactive complex financial crime investigationsIdentifying control weaknesses and partnering on remediationReviewing SAR-worthy activity and ensuring consistent case qualityEnhancing investigative standards through guidance and coachingRepresenting CIU in governance forums and with senior stakeholdersQualifications5+ years investigating financial crime within banking, FIU, or law enforcementExpertise in AML/CTF typologies and investigative methodologiesExcellent case writing and intelligence reporting skillsFamiliarity with network analytics tools (graph/link analysis)Experience with scam, mule, and fraud-AML convergence casesExperience collaborating with external law enforcement or national FIUsBuilding a general financial super app isn’t enough.
