In this role, your responsibilities will be:Optimize Inventory Performance: Drive inventory programs to achieve monthly inventory and Inventory Turnover (ITO) targets using advanced planning and scheduling methodologiesCollaborate Across Functions: Partner with finance and operations teams to set inventory goals aligned with business intelligence recommendations and corporate objectivesStandardized Fulfillment Strategies: Implement consistent fulfillment processes to support on-time delivery, minimize late backlog, and meet lead-time and Available to Promise (ATP) commitmentsEnhance Materials Strategies: Develop and execute strategies for raw materials through finished goods to balance inventory investment and service levelsContinuous Improvement: Work with plant leadership and Perfect Execution teams to identify constraints, improve product cycle times, and enhance competitivenessAnalytics & Tools Development: Create and maintain analytic dashboards and predictive tools to monitor performance and support decision-makingTraining & Mentorship: Provide training, build documentation, and establish mentorship programs to develop materials expertise across the organizationERP & Systems Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP projects and advocate for supply chain requirements during system enhancementsWho You AreYou are decisive and adaptable in fast-changing environments, recognized for sound judgment and persistence in overcoming challenges. You excel at resource planning, influencing stakeholders, and driving change to achieve operational excellence.For this role, you will need:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionor high school diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in materials or project management within a manufacturing environmentMinimum 5 years of experience in materials management, operations, or project management using ERP systems.Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems for inventory, purchasing, order management,
