MUST-HAVE SKILLS

5+ years IT Project Management (proven track record)

Direct experience managing site relocations or facility migrations

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals

Ability to juggle multiple vendors and distributed teams

Strong communication - both written and in-room presence

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

Manufacturing or life sciences sector background

Experience in large, complex enterprise environments

PRIMARY SKILLS

IT Project Management : End-to-end delivery of infrastructure migrations and facility buildouts

Stakeholder Orchestration : Managing business units, technical teams, vendors, and site leadership simultaneously

IT Infrastructure Planning : Network, data center, end-user computing, telephony, and facility systems

Risk & Budget Management :



Controlling scope creep, schedule adherence, and financial guardrails

Cutover Execution : Go-live planning, parallel run management, and post-migration stabilization
