and financial controls Provide accounting and tax guidance to business stakeholders Lead and develop a small accounting team What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting 5+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably multinational companies Team leadership or coordination experience Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, NIF, and IFRS Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, Epicor, or similar) Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
