We are hiring an experienced Candidate Sourcer to support US-based recruiting in logistics, freight forwarding, and SaaS logistics companies.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven role focused on sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using LinkedIn, Apollo, ContactOut, and similar tools

Conduct 10–15 phone/Zoom interviews daily

Cold call candidates to introduce opportunities and qualify interest

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships

Manage pipelines, scheduling, and follow-ups

Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or admin support

Fluent English (spoken + written)– must be comfortable on calls

Confident withcold calling and candidate outreach

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable onZoom/video interviews

Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable

Full-time availability (US hours required, occasional weekends)

Fully remote. Compensation: $1000/month + $200 based on targets

Ashort test task is required before interview
