RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Definition and Manufacturing Readiness with the following deliverables: Layout, Line Balance, Cell/Line Design, Material Presentation, Tooling and Fixturing, Process Documentation, Training and FPY

Business Unit and Functional KPI’s tracking and performance: Scrap, Operation Supplies, Change Over, Standard Hrs

Cost Reduction Projects

Lean / Operational System Implementation within Business Unit: Standard Work, SMED, Poke-Yoke

Root Cause Analysis, Preventive and Corrective Actions Implementation

Safety & Ergonomics: Responsible to lead (in conjunction with functional team) Job Safety Analysis evaluation to detect, correct or mitigate safety risks and exposures

QUALIFICATIONS

+3years experienced in manufacturingprocess.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Bilingual. 90% (English, spanish)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to interpret customer quality requirements.

Computer skills in MS tools

Should be creative and should posses ability to use modern technology in Electronic manufacturing process

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet the expected goals within time using advance technologies in electronic manufacturing area
