Candidates will relate with multicultural teams and vendors worldwide, therefore must possess great communication skills at all levels and speak fluently English and Spanish. Requirements

BS Degree in Engineering.

Hands on mold and process troubleshooting and mold maintenance practices.

Experience developing complex mold tooling (side actions, hot runner systems, unwinds..) on schedule for production of high quality, low cost, high volume components

6+ years of hands-on experience involving specification, procurement, and qualification of molds for injection molded components

Proficient with the use of SPC, DOE, Six Sigma techniques, and capability studies

Manage tool design, fabrication, process development, and qualification at the supplier.

Knowledge and use of CNC, grinding, milling, EDM equipment

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel, Outlook, Project)

Ability to perform financial analysis and cost justifications

Proficient use of CAD 2D and 3D modeling and mold flow analysis.
