Dynatrace Engineer

Role Summary
Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace observability solutions across enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role focuses on monitoring implementation, application onboarding, log analytics, automation, troubleshooting, and improving system reliability through observability practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions, including:

Synthetic Monitoring

Dashboards and Reports

Alerts and Notifications

Log Analytics

Support application onboarding, monitoring configuration, and migration activities.

Develop and maintain basic automation for monitoring and operational processes.

Create and optimize queries using Dynatrace Query Language (DQL).

Support log ingestion, analysis, and troubleshooting activities.

Assist with Dynatrace integrations with tools such as ServiceNow, cloud platforms, and CI/CD environments.

Analyze performance and monitoring issues, supporting root cause investigation.

Collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE teams to improve observability coverage.

Maintain technical documentation and monitoring standards.

Required Experience:
3–5 years of experience in Dynatrace, Observability,



Monitoring, DevOps, or Operations roles.

Hands-on experience with:

Dynatrace platform

Synthetic Monitoring

Log Analytics

Dashboards and Alerting

DQL (Dynatrace Query Language)

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of Kubernetes and container monitoring.

Basic scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar).

Experience troubleshooting application and infrastructure performance issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Dynatrace Grail.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations.

Familiarity with SRE concepts, SLOs, and SLAs.

Experience with monitoring automation.

Dynatrace certification or equivalent observability training.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
