Manage the metrology laboratory to ensure compliance with the plant's measurement methods, calibration requirements, and equipment standards. 5. Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the timely and compliant disposition of non‑conforming material, meeting established turnaround time and inventory value targets 6. Maintain an effective incoming inspection process to ensure received products comply with quality requirements and are available on time for production 7.

ERP Management (SAP) Knowledge of 6σ methodologies, analytical and statistical methods for problem solving. Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, APQP, and PPAP).
