New Product Process Design and Development nB. Leads the creation of manufacturing processes, routing, and drawings, as supervisor of local design team. nC. Provide product engineering technical support to plant departments, customers, u0026 sales account managers on assigned engineering programs and/or existing products. nD. Provide technical direction to the plant for design, prototype build u0026 test activities working together with corporate engineering group. nn n2\. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: nA. Leads, coordinate, and execute the creation of manufacturing processes, routings, and drawings, as supervisor of local design team. nB. Function as design u0026 development engineering for assigned programs. Examples: tolerance stacks, design option evaluations, establishing critical characteristics to meet design goals,

Evaluate and verify processes and tool designs developed by direct reports. nE. Investigate, analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to existing manufacturing operations to maintain and increase efficiency. nF. To manage and coordinate the manufacturing feasibility reviews (MFR) with a multidisciplinary team from request of cost (RFC) opportunities, new product development and/or existing products changes request. nG. Review, approves, and provide feedback to the Product Engineering Divisional Team for the ECOu00b4s/COu00b4s applicable to the plant. nnH. Assure on time and proper execution of LPAu00b4s according to plant schedule. nI. Implements, promotes, and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. CREO Product Software nnI. Desired professional experience in manufacturing engineering for the following processes.nna. Grinding (Centerless, OD). nb. Machining (CNC turning). nc. Metal forming. nd.
