**WE'RE HIRING – COMPOSITE / CARBON FIBER TECHNICIANS

** El Sauzal, Ensenada, Baja California

We are expanding our composites manufacturing team and are looking for Composite / Carbon Fiber Technicians at different experience levels , from experienced production technicians to highly skilled prepreg specialists.

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

Carbon fiber and fiberglass manufacturing

Wet lay-up

Prepreg carbon fiber lay-up

Mold and tooling preparation

Vacuum bagging

Vacuum leak detection and leak testing

Oven and/or autoclave curing

Demolding

Composite trimming, cutting, sanding and finishing

Bonding and assembly of composite components

Reading technical drawings, ply schedules and manufacturing instructions

Troubleshooting composite manufacturing defects and process issues

Specialized experience is highly valued in:

Fabrication of custom vacuum bags

Fabrication of disposable plastic liners

Inflatable bladder/bag fabrication for prepreg carbon fiber manufacturing

Cutting and forming bagging films

Heat sealing/welding of plastic bags or bladders

Installation of fittings or valves

Leak testing and repair of bags/bladders

Development of custom bags or bladders for complex mold geometries

Autoclave and advanced prepreg manufacturing processes

Aerospace, automotive, motorsports or advanced composites manufacturing

Additional Qualifications:

Previous hands-on composites manufacturing experience





Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

English proficiency is A MUST.

Valid U.S. visa is highly valued

Ability to train other technicians is a plus for senior-level candidates

Compensation based on experience and technical skill level.

Candidates with wet lay-up, prepreg, vacuum bagging, autoclave, carbon fiber, or specialized bladder/liner fabrication experience are encouraged to apply.
