Ensure that material and capacity are planned correctly, researching present and potential material shortages and incorporating corrective actions. Assist in identifying gaps in the supply and production plans as compared to forecast and work with teams to mitigate gaps. Assist with creation and improvement of current SIOP tools to align with IBP processes. Ability to leverage strong MS Excel/Power BI skills to highlight areas of focus that will drive process improvements. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced capabilities in Power BI and Excel Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or sourcing Position Criteria: Strategic thinker who possesses outstanding judgment and organizational skills Proactive individual driven to continuously improve processes
