Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students. This is a full-time remote position requiring you to be on camera during working hours. You will play a crucial role in managing communications and ensuring a smooth experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist students via video call with a welcoming and positive attitude.
- Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the academy's calendar.
- Provide accurate information about our programs, courses, and policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain digital records.




- Handle student inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using video conferencing tools and office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
