Assist with resolving challenges such as component failure, design issues, test specification clarifications and system test troubleshooting while helping to resolve manufacturing challenges such as line optimization, scrap reduction, and cost efficiency Evaluate change impact to current products, offering decisions on updates and work scope Collaborate with product development team and plant manufacturing and testing teams to perform design-for-manufacturing, design-for-testing and PCBA and assembly optimization Support pre-production (prototype) product building, validation and evaluation #LI-AR7 Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Automotive Engineering from an accredited institution Minimum of three (3)



years working in product development or sustaining product engineering Hands on experience with electrical assemblies and testing, ideally in automotive applications Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without company sponsorship, now or in the future. No relocation benefit is being offered for this role. Experience with power electronics assemblies, PCBA design, manufacturing and testing. Experience working as an engineer within a plant manufacturing environment.
