Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for desktop computers, related devices, and end-user technical issues
- Install, configure, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hardware and software
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and support enterprise applications
- Assist with system upgrades and support digital solutions using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel macros

Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field
- Experience as a Computer Systems Engineer / entry-level IT support profile
- Intermediate knowledge of c omputer hardware installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance, a pplication installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance, n etwork configuration
- Experience creating basic Power BI dashboards
