Job Summary:An Installer Trainee is responsible for their own continued growth in quality, customer service and installation of our products.Core Duties:Train and learn the proper way to:Install with a high level of qualityMaintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retailTransport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locationsMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMust meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehiclesExcellent eye hand coordination and dexterityMust listen and follow instructions wellKeen attention to detailAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentCourteous attitude towards customers and fellow employeesXPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
