WE ARE HIRING | **SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER**
A confidential manufacturing company is looking for a **HR Business Partner** to join its operation at Querétaro Aerospace Park.
The position will play a key role in an organizational and cultural transformation focused on strengthening HR processes, improving the employee experience and positively impacting engagement, retention and workforce indicators.
- Location: Querétaro Aerospace Park, Colón, Querétaro
- Work arrangement: Full-time | 100% on-site
- Compensation: MXN $50,000-$70,000 net per month, plus benefits above legal requirements
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and operational leaders.
- Manage employee and labor relations, investigations, disciplinary processes and terminations.
- Maintain effective union relations.
- Manage assigned administrative recruitment and hiring processes.
- Coach employees and leaders regarding internal policies.
- Support employee services, onboarding and internal communication.
- Analyze HR indicators and support engagement and cultural change initiatives.
- Process employee information through SAP or other HR systems.
- Support audits and act as backup for the HR Manager when required.
- Participate in meetings, reports and presentations in English.
**Required Profile**
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in an equivalent senior HR role.
- Previous HR experience in manufacturing.
- Advanced spoken and written English.
- Advanced knowledge of Mexican labor law and employee relations.
- Experience in a unionized environment.
- Experience using SAP or another HR management system.
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Current residence in Querétaro.
Union negotiation experience is desirable but not mandatory.
The position offers potential growth into an HR management role.
Sueldo: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mes
