**DESCRIPTION**
- Define, monitor and ensure targets and KPIs for returnable container management
- Account setup for container accounts and new suppliers
- Ensure cooperation with relevant internal and external interfaces to manage returnable container flow and supply such as warehouse operations, etc.
- Manage the returnable container process (empties) and container fleet.
- Error identification alignment with the supplier with to define measures.
- Generate emergency orders and identify root causes through supplier incl.

- Preparation of complaints process incl. analysis with carriers/suppliers
**- QUALIFICATIONS**
- **
- 3+ years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse operations, Returnable Container Management and/or similar positions**:
- **Supplier management**:
- **Knowledge of OEMs standards**:
- **Cost, penalties and claims management**:
- Handling of KPIs
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and internal logistics
- Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- **Fluent English**:
