Overview:Coordinate logistics processes, priorities and vehicle inventory status with operations and carriers, maintain communication and customer service, based on the processes established in:Ø ISO ****:**** (Quality Management Systems)**Job Description**:- Ensure customer satisfaction and treatment- Inform customer requirements to the entire organization through operational plans and programs.
- Coordinate activities related to the fulfillment of Client requirements- Keep the Client informed about the status of their requirements.
- Review Customers' systems on a daily basis to ensure shipment needs and process requirements are met.
- Analyze customer demand and operational availability.
- Preparation of shipment and receipt programs.
- Shipment Logistics Planning.
- Follow-up to the vehicle billing system.
- Inventory GenerationØ Shipment logistics planningØ Strategic decision-making in the planning of shipments and receipt of vehicles.




Ø Communicates customer demand and requirementsØ Direct relationship with the customerØ Supervise and provide support to operational areas.
Ø Maintenance of the billing system and the ERP/SAP/ASN system.
Ø Negotiation with clients.Job Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics / International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or similar.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position within the industry (Manufacturing, Automotive and/or Logistics).
- Knowledge: Inventory control, database, computer science, quantitative methods, management of WITS, NISS, NSEV, MS Excel systems, working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, presentations, with special attention to keeping Outlook files organized.
- Required Language: Intermediate-Advanced English- Availability to travel: OccasionalPay Type : Salary
