**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**- Design, program, test and start-up of equipment- Design controls systems using AutoCAD- PLC and HMI program development using multiple types of software such as Rockwell, Siemens or Omron- Design of networks such as DNET, ENET, Profibus, Profinet, Remote I/O, IO Link- Design of safety systems using integrated safety PLC's or safety processors such as PILZ or Banner- Develop controls design components Bill of Materials- Work with purchasing and suppliers for product selection and cost-effective controls solutions- Robot programming - Fanuc, ABB, Nachi- Configure Robot I/O- Robot Path teaching and Optimization- Communicate and troubleshoot with end users- Maintain a project schedule keeping projects moving forward and on-time- Manage open issues and lessons learned documents- Specification of Vision Components,
