**:**Job Overview**:**Responsibilities**:**Oversee the implementation and execution of mechanical engineering and maintenance strategies, policies, and programs**:**Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mechanical maintenance team**:**Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards**:**Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of equipment**:**Collaborate with other departments to identify and address mechanical maintenance needs**:**Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement**:**Develop and implement training programs for the mechanical maintenance team**:**Participate in the selection and procurement of equipment and spare parts**:**Provide technical support and expertise to the maintenance team**:**Identify and implement new technologies and best practices to improve mechanical maintenance processes**:**Job Requeriments**:**Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field**:**Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and engineering**:**Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment**:**Proven leadership and supervisory skills**:**Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities**:**Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards**:**Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management,
