**Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Database and System Integration**: Implement robust database solutions, including SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient data replication.Lead the integration of disparate systems, leveraging API connections for seamless interoperability.
- **Process Automation**: Drive the automation of key business processes, including payroll and HR operations,



using tools like Power Automate or similar technologies.Focus on streamlining operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- **Technology Evaluation & Implementation**: Continuously research, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and AI solutions into the business workflow.Ensure the technology stack remains agile and responsive to business needs.
- **Project and Vendor Management**: Manage the full lifecycle of development projects, from planning through deployment and support.Communicate effectively with software vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience with AI technologies and a passion for technological innovation.
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, API integrations, and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of cloud services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading projects and interfacing with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
