We are a pest control company based in Dallas, Texas and are growing rapidly.We are looking for a passionate, intelligent team member who can support our customer service team.This role is fully remote (work-from-home).
This position is for a inside sales and customer service representative who will do the following:- Respond to inbound sales requests and sell them pest control contracts- Accomplish tasks such as rescheduling customer appointments, manage pest control subscriptions, and ensure payments are collected- Resolve customers' concerns- Work Monday through Friday 8 hours per day and 6 hours on a rotational basis on SaturdayMinimum qualifications:- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
