**Vacante para la empresa Nex en Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**:**Responsibilities**:- Support the Foreign Trade Manager and Team to ensure Compliance to MexicanImport/Export Regulations as well as acting as guardian of Internal Operational Procedures.
- Conduct periodical audits to the operations to identify process deviation and improvements.
- Monthly audits of the 5% of the operation to identify possible risk of compliance withcustoms legislations.
- Ensure the report operations are complete and correct against authority databases.
- Ensure that the record keeping for customs purposes is complete and available.
- Conduct Customs Agents evaluations to rate their performance and ensure they meetexpected Compliance Levels- Prepare the monthly documentation required to comply with the annex 24.- Ensure the support documentation of the preferential duty certificates is correctly stored.
- Ensure the HTS codes and preferential duty treatment catalogues are updated.
- Archive the HTS criteria determination.
- Ensure that the Compliance risks and process deviations have a corrective actionimplemented.
- Advice the impact of the modification in the regulations applicable to our operations.




- Participate in the creation and implementation of good practices in operational andadministrative processes to increase their efficiency and quality.
- Participate and prepare training on operational and technical processes in foreign tradematters.
- Provide information and documentation to solve the corresponding internal and externalaudits and compliance processes.
- Participate in the development of the objectives and their action plans as well as complywith them.
- Receive, safeguard and transform into Excel format the databases of the authority (DataStage).
- Support in the development of the operating procedures.
- Update the contact directories of internal clients and suppliers.
- Participate in the implementation of new systems.
- Participate in the integration of new operations or business units.
- Support the operational team when needed.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned.
