- Monitoring instructions, methods and quality alerts are carry out correctly for chemical and sandblast areas.
- Creation or modification of works procedures.
- Monitoring equipment efficiency and prompt failure request from chemical and sandblast areas.
- Participation and root cause analysis and solving of deviations or problems in sandblast and chemical areas.
- Evaluation of sandblast workload; headcount adjustments, material segregation with any deviation and proper monitoring.
- Set objectives and measure shift efficiency.
- Use of sap tool to validate raw materials list.
- Ensure compliance to the lean system.
- Evaluation of workload in time and where personnel adjustments needed according of sequence of the priorities.
- Available to rotate shifts, work on weekends and holydays or overtime.

- At least three years of experience in a similar job.

- Work in a variety of environments, which may include exposure to heat, humidity.SKILLS AND ABILITIES- Schooling: Industrial engineering, Industrial mechanics or related.
- Knowledge of the English language intermediate level.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Office knowledge (word, excel, ppt) and computer equipment.
- Strong understanding of production process and practices.
- Highly motivating element with subordinates.
- Ability to work in a place with changes continuously and meet the deadlines.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge.
(TPM, kaizen, 5 ́s, etc.).
- High Understanding and interpretation of drawings.
- Skills in the construction of solid work equipment and orienting it to the customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills (leadership, communication, emotional intelligence) with the purpose of achieving the expected results.
- Have initiative to ensure the client's needs.
