We are looking for aPrincipal Mobile Engineerwith deep expertise inFlutter and/or React Nativeto architect and build high-quality, cross-platform mobile products.You'll combine hands-on mobile engineering with technical leadership, working closely with clients, product teams, designers, and engineers to take products from concept and architecture through development and successful store deployment.We're particularly interested in mobile engineers who are embracing the next generation of software development—usingAI-assisted and agentic coding toolsto accelerate delivery, improve quality,



and build intelligent capabilities directly into mobile products.Requirements:Extensive professional experience building and delivering production-grademobile applications.Deep expertise inFlutter and/or React Nativeand the surrounding cross-platform mobile ecosystem.Strong understanding ofmobile application architecture, including scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.Proven experience taking mobile products through thefull development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation through App Store and Google Play deployment.Experience serving as aTech Lead, Principal Engineer, or senior technical ownerfor complex mobile initiatives.Strong knowledge ofTypeScript/JavaScriptfor React Native specialists andDartfor Flutter specialists.Experience integrating mobile applications withREST APIs, backend services, third-party SDKs, authentication systems, and cloud services.Strong understanding of mobile testing strategies, code quality, performance optimization, monitoring, and release stability.Experience designing and maintainingCI/CD pipelinesfor mobile applications.Hands-on experience incorporatingAI-assisted development toolssuch as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies into engineering workflows.Understanding of howGenerative AI and LLM capabilitiescan be integrated into modern mobile product experiences.Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and balance innovation with performance, maintainability, and user experience.Strong communication and consulting skills,
