**What will you do?
**As a planner you will be responsible for the projects assigned to you and will have to assure all steps in the engineering process are being accomplished on time without any issues.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Review and approve Drawings, Bill of Materials and Planned Purchase orders.
- Guide the engineering team in decision making and become a problem solver.
- Facilitates communication among sales, estimating, purchasing and production.
- Review lead times and feedback the engineering team about any possible risk in projects.
- Be organized, adaptable and make sure that things will happen as planned.
- Work independently on multiple projects focusing on achieving goals.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical, Industrial,



Manufacturing Engineering or similar- Experience in a manufacturing environment required- Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required- Fully English speaker- Inventor/AutoCAD/SolidEdge drafting skills is a plus- Must be detail-oriented- Passionate and committed to the excellence of Martin ́s customer service- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Self-management with the drive to succeed and achieve goals- Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions- Recognition and ability to effect change and contribute to the organization's goals- Energetic and positive with a willingness to grow skill set**Education**: Preferred- Bachelors or better in Mechanical Engineering or related field**Behaviors**: Preferred- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well**Motivations**: Preferred- Goal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasks- Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization
