**Pregnancy Care Coordinator****Main responsibilities**:- Coordinate pregnancy care of Surrogate mothers according to doctor's instructions.
- Take care on Pregnant Surrogates, answer their phone calls, assist them during emergencies, accompany them to the clinic if necessary- Update intended parents with regular scans and tests of pregnant Surrogates- Show exceptional customer service to intended parents and assist them throughout the entire pregnancy, keep them well informed and sent medical reports after carefully reviewing them first.
- Update Pregnancy Care module of Intranet System on a weekly/ daily basis.
- Coordinate payments: Prepare invoices according to payment Annex and make sure payments are collected according to set deadlines.
- Coordinate baby delivery, coordinate maternity hospital Bills.
- Collect testimonials, google reviews and family photos, video testimonials for marketing purpose (very important).




- Show exceptional customer service to Surrogate mothers to ensure they are well supported during the pregnancy in spite of their different personalities and characteristic.
- Collect Pregnant Surrogate Mother's Video testimonials once/ twice a month.
- Be open and versátil towards constructive criticism.Be open and constructive towards patient negative feedbacks.
- Be always ready to run extra miles for patients as well as for Surrogate mothers.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
**Skills/other requirements**- Fluency in English- Excellent communication skills which makes sure patients and surrogates feel not only guidance but genuine care, warmth and support.
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills**Salary**: $25,****** - $28,****** per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Cancún, QRoo.
