Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Warehouse Supervisor will be directly responsible for people and processes of a designated warehouse operations process area.This position Will develop and improve processes using lean manufacturing techniques.This leader will provide team building, goal setting, and change management.
-Identify, develop, and implement process improvements into teams -Oversee and drive continuous process and cost improvement in designated area -Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance -Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area -Inform warehouse manager about personnel, process, and material concerns -Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy -Responsible for the overall operations management of an assigned area -Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items.
