IMPORTANT TO KNOW* This is a Temporally Position to cover a Maternity Leave (6 Months)Your JobLead cross-functional teams to plan and execute NPI builds that deliver on revenue and on-time delivery commitmentsProvide clear ownership and single point of contact for items related to initiation, approval, and implementation of product and process changesWhat You Will DoNPI Planner – Medical Connectors and Cable Assemblies:Establish lead-time for NPI builds considering existing commitments, capacity constraints, inventory, and riskWork with sales to ensure ERP/MRP plan dates are accurrate and reflect changing customer requirements and agreed prioritizationPartner with procurement team to ensure timely arrival of materialsSchedule work orders including commitment of equipment, materials, and qualified operatorsFollow builds through material procurement, inspection, build, test, and shipment to customersEscalate support requests and drive issue resolutionWork with NPI Project Manager to ensure preparedness for first-time builds which includes confirming ERP/MRP is complete and accurrate, orders are booked properly, and tooling and working instructions are availableForecast NPI revenue timing and execute to commitmentsEnsure build traceability and good documentation practices are maintainedCoordinate with HSE to ensure build process and machine risks have been assessed and mitigated prior to build initiationShare lessons learned during post-build reviews and assess build performance versus routing standardsGlobal ECO champion:Optimize global ECO process, systems,



and tools to ensure proposed changes undergo a robust, cross-functional review prior to implementationWork with cross-functional team to standardize implementation deliverables, owners, and timelines based on assessed riskManage multiple change requests that vary in urgency and complexityEnsure changes are managed in compliance with requirements for AS****, ISO *****, and ISO ****Utilize metrics to identify, prioritize, and monitor continuous improvement activitiesAchieve difficult balance of ensuring thorough vetting and timely execution of proposed changes.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing EngineeringMechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields.
+5 years of experience in Maquiladoras environmentsAbility to navigate ERP/MRP (e.G. Glovia) and document control systems (e.G. SolidWorks PDM)Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office suite including Project, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Power BI would be beneficialExperience developing products for medical, aerospace, and defense applications with insights into market expectationsFamiliarity with ISO*****, AS****, FDA 21 CFR 820,
