and customer roadmaps.What You'll DoProactively reach out to customers to build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship and create technical championsCollaborate with the Customer Success Specialist and Sales team on account strategyIdentify customer strategic initiatives and potential use casesEngage with customers to drive adoption through best practice recommendations and increase the value Thousand Eyes delivers to their businessActively identify new and expansion opportunitiesShare customer feedback and enhancement requests with the Product teamDeliver product updates sessions highlighting new capabilities that have been releasedQualifications3+ years of Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services or similar technical customer facing rolesStrong desire to learn and ability to work independently in a fast paced environmentKnowledge of network infrastructures, cloud technologies and application frameworksExperience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Java Script)Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsEnglish and one of the Iberian languages (Portuguese or Spanish) are requiredAdditional European languages are highly desirableBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
