optimising for ROAS and growthAnalyse performance data and generate actionable insights to improve KPIsCollaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing assets (UGC, ads, PDP content)Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure stock availability and forecasting accuracyStay updated on marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and growth opportunitiesTest and implement new growth channels and strategies3–6+ years of experience in e Commerce or marketplace managementProven track record managing Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, and/or Temu storesStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-makingExperience with paid media (Amazon PPC, Tik Tok Ads)Ability to manage multiple channels in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and project management skillsFluent in English
