- Basic knowledge of tractor, trailer, truck, semi mechanical functions.Job Description- Administrative duties include data entry, daily phone and email communication- Responding to incoming calls and handling appropriately- Answer calls and accommodate drivers with repairs that truck or trailer needs on the road.
- Assisting drivers on the road with truck breakdowns over the phone.




- Organizing on the road assistance with vendors throughout the US- Providing coverage for colleagues when needed- Various other support functions as assignedWork Hours (After Hours during week & weekends)4:00 pm - 11 pm CST Monday - Thursday4:00 pm Friday- 07 am CST SaturdayExperience:Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions: 2 years (Required)Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions: 2 years (Required)Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.
