**Job summary****Responsibilities**Lead the Talent Management Role in the country HR processes and improve employee experienceDevelop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with the companys goals and valuesFoster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and excellence within the HR departmentCollaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational development needsOversee the design and delivery of comprehensive HR programs including talent acquisition development retention and succession planningEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources and labor relationsUtilize data and analytics from Workday to inform decisionmaking and improve HR strategiesChampion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives creating an environment where all employees feel valued and can thriveProvide mentorship and guidance to the HR team promoting professional growth and developmentManage crossfunctional projects that improve organizational performance and employee satisfactionEvaluate and enhance compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equityStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and technologyProven experience in leading HR functions and implementing Talent Management solutions.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.Deep understanding of human resources management principles and best practices.Ability to drive change and innovation within a corporate HR setting.Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful HR initiatives.Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements in Mexico.Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
