to work in the field with Sales to attend customer meetings and scientific conferences; Develop the Automation roadmap through both internal stakeholder management and external vendor collaborations; Directing automation engineering activities for the entire plant; Mentor team members and provide support for their career development goals; Directing the activities of the automation engineering group - provide direction & work priority.Experiência y requisitos+ 5 years Experience as Automation Manager +15 years experience in Automation Preferably a bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Systems Engineering or related science.Bilingual 95% Strong Project Management Skills Experience with design of robotic systems, safety assessments, machine vision systems, CAD/CAM software, robotic simulation software, statistical programs.Deep knowledge/experience of PLC programming languages.Knowledge of Communication with products Like Sensors, LVDT, Safety Light Curtain, Vision system, Laser Marker will be preferred.Project Plan & Project Documentation.Sound Knowledge of GD & T, Machining Processes & Assembly Process.
