**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within the automotive industry (3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of IATF *****, ISO *****, and business English.
**Technical Skills**:- Proficient in TOMS GM, ERP (SAP), and Excel.
- Understanding of supply chain management and risk management.
**Soft Skills**:- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
